MOTOR TABS @ Rock N' Road

MOTOR TABS will be sampling out all four flavors at Rock N' Road tomorrow afternoon in Mission Viejo between 4PM and 7PM. Rock N' Road will have their usual Thursday night road ride, which leaves at 5PM and goes through the canyon.

So come out and sample all our flavors and go out for a friendly road ride!

MOTOR TABS attended the Swami’s ride last Saturday in Encinitas at NYTRO. Swami’s president Albert Barajas and MOTOR TABS representative Greg Sellers discussed an 09 sponsorship platform with Swami’s, a leading San Diego-based squadron.

Aliso Viejo Grand Prix

Last Saturday was a huge success with the first annual Aliso Viejo Grand Prix. The Sho-Air squadron did a phenomenal job of promoting the race. CBR provided a dynamite course that blew apart every field all day with a brutal climb!! Although EVERY racer we spoke with was blown away by the difficulty of the course, 100% of them are hoping to come back in '09 to redeem themselves.

MOTOR TABS was out there all day, along with our good friends from FLUID and our social networking mentor, Andy from Outsideallday.com. Many people came up to our booth and were very interested in our product, and got a chance to try all four flavors.

Events are a huge part of our success, as it gives consumers the opportunity to try the product. We distributed coupons for discounts on tabs at official Sho-Air retailer, Rock N Road Cyclery in Mission Viejo, CA.

MOTOR TABS will be busy for the balance of the year with more events, such as cycling races, running events, and triathlons. And as always, we hope to see you out there!

Anne Samplonius Captures Canadian TT Championship

MOTOR TABS athlete Anne Samplonius captured the Canadian TT Championship on July 4^th. Anne races for the Cheerwine Women’s Pro Cycling Team. For Samplonius, the win is tinged with disappointment, since she found out a few days earlier that her appeal to win a spot on the Canadian team for the Olympic Games was denied. Samplonius beat the three Olympic athletes — Wrubleski, Erinne Willock (Webcor) and Leigh Hobson (Cheerwine) — to win the time trial title.

MOTOR TABS Updates!

We over here at MOTOR TABS have been pretty busy with summer picking up and more events going on. On the 4th of July we had a booth at the Freedom Run in Ladera Ranch, CA.

The run was put on by Ladera Legs and was sponsored by AVIA and Ladera Cyclery. The event was a huge success with over 600 runners!

Running events are getting bigger and more popular, and this is definitely one sport we need to get more into. We have decided to incorporate running events along with cycling and triathlon events to our event calendar.

Our next event will be the Aliso Grand Prix in Aliso Viejo, CA. This will be a big race with a very exciting course! You can view a slide show of the course here.

Freedom Run

MOTOR TABS will have a booth this Friday, July 4th, at the Freedom Run in Ladera Ranch, CA. The Freedom run is Ladera Ranch’s 2nd annual 5K/10K Run and 1K Little Firecracker Dash.

"Runners, walkers and even strollers are welcome to trek along the beautiful tree-lined streets of Ladera Ranch in a run benefiting the REACT (Resources for Autistic Children's Therapy) Foundation and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation."

There will also be a pancake breakfast from 7:30am to 11:30am held at Founder's Park with all the proceeds benefiting Laura's House.
